One-click tools & automations

Do it once

If your team does it more than once a week, we can probably make it one click. Building the tool now costs less than a year of doing the task by hand.

Try it

Twelve tasks, one click

This is what a Tool Sprint does to a weekly chore. Each email is drafted in your voice and waits for one click to send. Press the button.

AfterOrders land in the sheet on their own, and the warehouse gets a message.

BeforeWriting the same follow-up email after every call

AfterA drafted follow-up in your voice, waiting for one click to send.

BeforeMonthly reports assembled by hand

What we build

Six kinds of tool

Most repetitive work fits one of these. Many teams need two or three.

Brand-locked generators

Your team or your customers make on-brand graphics, cards, flyers, menus and certificates without a designer. The templates are approved once and can’t be broken.

Document builders

Proposals, reports, quotes, invoices and onboarding packs generated from a form or a spreadsheet, formatted the same way every time.

Content pipelines

Source data is pulled, checked, drafted and queued for approval: listings to posts, products to catalogues, events to announcements.

Data clean-up

Bulk recategorising, deduplicating, fixing and moving data between systems. Hours of spreadsheet work done in a run.

Workflow automations

Confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, handoffs and alerts across WhatsApp, SMS, email, your CRM and Slack.

AI assistants

Drafting, summarising and sorting, held to your rules, your voice, and a human approval step before anything goes out.

How it works

Start with a free audit

The audit is free. Every step after it has a fixed price agreed before we start, and stands on its own. Stop whenever the list runs out.

Free · 30 minutes

Repeat Audit

A call where we list your team’s recurring tasks, estimate what each one costs in hours, and mark each one: automate it, make it a one-click tool, or leave it. You get the written shortlist either way.

Step 1 · 2–5 days

Tool Sprint

One task becomes one tool, with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A branded generator, a report builder, a data sync, an AI drafting assistant.

Step 2 · 3–5 days

Automation Roadmap

For larger teams: we map the processes, put an hours-saved estimate on each task, and plan the build order.

Step 3 · Monthly

Tool Care

Hosting, updates, new templates and usage reports. Small new tools as you find more things to retire.

House rules

Automation you can trust

Tools that make things for the public need guardrails. Ours come with four.

The brand is locked

Templates are approved once. Nobody can stretch the logo.

A human approves anything public

Tools draft, people decide.

It keeps working

Updates and fixes as your systems change, on Tool Care.

It’s measured

Runs per month and hours saved, reported.

Questions

Good to know

What counts as a repetitive task?

Anything your team does the same way more than once a week: making graphics, writing the same emails, copying data between systems, building reports. If you’re not sure, bring it to the audit.

Do we need new software?

Usually not. Most tools work with what you already use: your email, spreadsheets, CRM or website. If something needs replacing, we’ll say why first.

What if the tool gets something wrong?

Anything that goes out to the public waits for a person to approve it. Tools draft, people decide.

What does it cost?

The Repeat Audit is free. Each Tool Sprint has a fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. We’ll give you a range on the call.
